Chris Beck is a trained rights of light surveyor and 3D analytical design technician with over 15 years of corporate experience. He previously worked as a Senior Surveyor and Technical Director with Drivers Jonas and Deloitte, supporting some of the UK's most high-profile developments.

Chris provides both qualitative and quantitative technical support for planning applications, appeals, and negotiations involving daylight, sunlight, and common law light issues. Known for his pragmatic, solution-oriented approach, he helps clients resolve complex daylight and rights of light challenges quickly and effectively.
